"After such a great experience I felt compelled to write this comment. After being with Allstate Insurance for many years I finally decided to check rates. I found the rates with Allstate to be getting very high. This was for Auto And Renters as well As a CEA policy. I started checking other companies. After three calls to agents with Farmers, and many others I decided to give a call to Sandra Park. Another agent for State Farm never returned a call, and other agents with other companies were horrible to deal with. I called Sandra and was shocked at how friendly, open, personable, as well as knowing her business and just overall a wonderful experience. I started new insurance accounts immediately with her office and cancelled Allstate. Seriously if you are looking for a truly great experience with a quality agent and reasonable rates, give Sandra Park a call. You will not regret it!"

"I have been with State Farm, which has been MANY years. When my original agent retired and I was bounced to a couple different agents, I did think about leaving. Needless to say, I stayed. I have been with Sandra's office for a couple years now I believe. Sandra is amazing. She promptly answers emails and is always polite and courteous. "I never do reviews, but this was horrible. Not professional, not confidential and difficult to deal with. Sandra Park Group took over after our last insurance agent retired. I thought I would just continue. I had homeowners insurance on a house in my name. I sold the house last Feb and didn't realize they were still auto charging my account until this August. I finally got a refund, and they made the check out to my deceased parent and myself. This family house had been in my name since 2016. When I let them know this, I got a message from a sister in another city that she should get part of the refund check???? She wasn't a party to this agreement. That was my overpayment from my personal acccount' Apparently someone in the office named Paula, knows my sister and told her that I was getting an over-payment from my auto pay from this home that was originally my parents. Who is Paula? and Why does she include someone not involved in this with personal information? Run dont walk if you like your money and any sort of confidentiality in your personal business."
